Glutathione is the premiere naturally occurring detoxifying molecule. You can increase your glutathione by taking N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) or your can take glutathione orally but most oral glutathione does not absorb well. Taking glutathione via the IV route is tremendously beneficial but next best route is taking oral glutathione in the acetylated form: acetyl glutathione.
