Aloe vera is a powerful healing herb but unfortunately, it is the most bastardized (diluted) nutritional product on the market. It has such a glowing reputation that many scoundrels get aloe in some form, dilute it past any beneficial concentration and then sell this worthless product for top dollar. When you shop for aloe vera, avoid these versions: aloe “juice”, aloe “drink” and “whole leaf”. Instead only buy the certified organic aloe concentrate.
Name: Aloe barbadensis. Description: Pure natural liquid derived from the hollow interior of the leaves of the organic Aloe plant (aloe barbadensis), consists of >75 ingredients including amino acids, enzymes, hormones, minerals, saponins, sterols, starch, lectins and vitamins, pH: 3. 5-4. 7, water-soluble.
